Beasley & Gilkison, LLP is seeking to hire an Indiana-licensed attorney who is highly motivated and driven to practice in a general civil practice law firm. Beasley & Gilkison has provided trustworthy and expert legal service to the people, businesses, and institutions of East Central Indiana since the 1890s. Beasley & Gilkison maintains a general civil practice in the areas of banking and finance, bankruptcy, business law, civil litigation, creditor’s rights, education and government, elder law, estate planning and administration, family law, landlord/tenant law, personal injury/medical malpractice/wrongful death, real estate and land use, and social security disability benefits.
Minimum Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Indiana State Bar
- 1-2 years legal experience (preferred, not required)
- Excellent writing and research abilities
- Be able to work efficiently as an individual and as part of a team
- Be self-motivated and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Salary: We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience along with an income production bonus opportunity. An anticipated salary range would be $70k – $90k but the actual salary will be commensurate with education, experience and other qualifications.

thresholds for the firm each quarter.
